Seifeddine Boudaya, holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Engineering from the University of Paris Est Marne la Vallée, an MBA from the University Paris Dauphine and the Sorbonne and a Master's degree in Leadership and Innovative Projects from the Centrale Supelec Paris School, relocated to Casablanca. He has 20 years of experience in real estate in 3 different countries: France, Tunisia and Morocco. During his career, he held several positions in Real Estate Management for large groups (NEXITY, BAYAHI GROUP, FINANCECOM, ALLIANCES, SAHAM, ADDOHA, PALMERAIE DEVELOPPEMENT, EAGLE HILLS, MFADEL GROUP). He has managed major projects from upstream to downstream. During his master's degree at Ecole Centrale Supélec, Seifeddine Boudaya wrote a thesis on the transformation of the employee into an entrepreneur congratulated by the jury composed of professors from Ecole Centrale Supelec Paris. In addition, he has had the opportunity to undertake the creation of a real estate consulting company and the setting up of several real estate projects. Mr. Seifeddine Boudaya is an accredited trainer in Entrepreneurship by SCI Education (USA) for its Africa Office since 2021.

Mr. Renaud GOIRAND Economist by training, an Expert and Specialist in the entrepreneurial sphere in Africa and overseas. He cumulates 20 years of experience in services as well as in Industry and International Trade. He also has 20 years of experience in the export of unprocessed and processed tropical products in Ivory Coast and Africa. Mr. Renaud GOIRAND works as a Trainer, Lecturer, Coach in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Management and Marketing; both in Public or Private Institutions of Higher Education as well as in Continuing Education firms or directly in companies. He is an accredited consultant in Management with SCI Education (USA) from 2019.

Mr. Guy Kouakou APPELA  has nearly 15 years of practical experience as a trainer / Coach in the field of Entrepreneurship and Business Administration. He is SIYB Trainer of the International Labor Office (ILO); Business Edge Trainer from the World Bank and Coach in Entrepreneurship / Management at the European Institute for Cooperation and Development (IECD); he has also led training projects at the French Office for Immigration and Integration (OFII) and at NSIA Assurances Vie in Côte d'Ivoire. Mr. Guy APPELA has been an Accredited Entrepreneurship trainer by SCI Education (USA) for its Africa Office since 2012. As such, he has led several entrepreneurship training missions in Ghana, Togo, Benin and Burkina Faso on behalf of SCI Africa. Mr. Guy APPELA holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
